Senate Bill 33 Testimony

SB 33 increases penalties for infrastructure protesting. Authorizing any owner or operator of a critical infrastructure facility to file a civil action against anyone who willfully damages the critical infrastructure facility. Specifies that any person or organization that provides compensation for the damages incurred to a critical infrastructure facility can still be vicariously liable for any judgment the prosecutor has against the individual who damaged the critical infrastructure facility.
