We are collecting signatures for letters in direct action to the Ohio State House of Representatives. House Bill 545 establishes the sale of brine as a commodity. The Buckeye Environmental Network and its allies oppose the spreading of brine. Test results reveal high levels of Radium-226 and Radium-228 in excess of current discharge limits. Radium-226 causes bone and other cancers.
